The ISD project management is compromised of two stages: Project Controlling and Project Management. The implementation phase is supported by traditional process analysts as well as our Technical Advisors.

Project Controlling

This consists of participants from the customer’s executive level and ISD. Having the authority to issue directives relating to personnel and financial resources is a main selection criterion for being part of this board.

Project Management

• Responsibility for achievement of Project Objectives
• Responsibility for Project Management (Planning, Design, Administration and Documentation)
• Responsibility for monitoring and deployment of methods
• Project Management Reporting
• Management of all resources
