Objectives
- Central service provision by service providers at four locations (7x24)
- Complete assumption of operational responsibility for production-critical systems
- Establishment of central tools and standardization of operations and processes
Procedure & Methodology
- Continuous takeover of further system landscapes at the pilot sites
- Continuous service optimization of operational and business processes
- Customer support by Technical Service Center (TSC) and monthly reporting by Service Manager
- Systems at two further locations taken over according to plan
Result
- Takeover of several hundred system landscapes per month in 7x24 operation
- Consulting on various topics that support the customer's processes in achieving the objectives
- Coordination / consulting of the locations regarding process design and establishment of communication plans
